WealthPie may use profile details, login identifiers, account preferences, portfolio pie names, slice targets, subscription settings, and support contact information to provide the application experience.
If you choose to sign in with Google, WealthPie may receive the Google user data needed to create and maintain your account, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique Google account identifier. WealthPie does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, files, messages, or other Google content unless a future feature clearly asks for your consent.
Google user data is used only for authentication, account creation, session management, account recovery, profile display, abuse prevention, security auditing, and customer support. WealthPie does not use Google user data to make investment recommendations, place trades, build advertising profiles, or sell user information.
WealthPie does not sell Google user data. Google user data may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, including authentication providers, hosting and database providers, analytics providers, security and monitoring tools, and customer-support tools. These providers may process the data only to provide services to WealthPie. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Google user data is protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, least-privilege operational access, environment-managed secrets, and vendor platforms that provide security controls such as encryption at rest where available. Access to production data is limited to personnel and service providers with a business need.
WealthPie retains Google user data for as long as needed to provide your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support backups and audit logs. You may request deletion of your account or Google user data by emailing contactus@wealthpie.ai. After verifying the request, WealthPie will delete or de-identify applicable account data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
The web application uses Stack Auth for account sign-in and Convex for application data. Legacy backend routes may support mobile or development authentication flows.
Saved settings help display dashboards, validate 100% allocation rules, remember account structures, show review-window options, and support user-controlled planning preferences. Users remain responsible for securities selection and brokerage actions.
When you connect a brokerage, WealthPie may receive account values, cash, holdings, symbols, shares, average prices, currencies, and authorization metadata from the connected provider so the app can display portfolio tracking and educational allocation-planning views.
WealthPie does not custody funds, hold assets, or process investment deposits. Subscription billing is separate from brokerage activity and is used only for access to the software service.
Questions about privacy, account access, or data handling can be sent to contactus@wealthpie.ai.
